Policyholders to save $12.25 million with dividend
Policyholders receive a 10 percent dividend for 2021 policy year
TMLT policyholders will receive a 10 percent dividend for the 2021 policy year when they renew their policies in 2022. The dividend — declared by the TMLT Board of Trustees in February 2021 — will save policyholders approximately $12.25 million in premium.
This is the 17th year that TMLT has declared a dividend, saving policyholders approximately $354 million since 2005.
Dividends are based on expiring premium and are applied to the renewal premium the year after they are declared.
Texas physicians interested in applying for TMLT coverage or learning how this dividend will affect their premium can email or call 800-580-8658 and ask for the Underwriting and Business Development Department. Current policyholders will receive detailed information about the dividend before their policy renews.
